Project description

The project comprised replacing one old commercial gas fired condensing boiler and two defective flue systems. In order to carry out this work the old boiler was replaced with a new Potterton Paramount 5 gas fired condensing boiler. The existing flue systems no longer complied with manufacturer’s instructions and therefore had to be replaced with two new stainless steel flue systems installed to the rear of the boiler room.
